Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) has introduced a helpline to receive mobile subscribers’ complaints.
Short code 2872 will be available for subscribers from 9am to 5pm from Sunday to Thursday.
BTRC Chairman Shahjahan Mahmood made the announcement at a press conference on Wednesday.
The per minute charge would be Tk0.25, he added.
